To celebrate M/s. Interise Foundation Day with deeper purpose, Making The Difference NGO conducted a meaningful and educational Eye Donation Awareness Session. The event aimed to inform and inspire individuals about the importance of eye donation.
We were honored to have a guest speaker from the Helen Keller Deaf and Blind School, who joined us online to share insights on:
- The critical need for eye donation
- How individuals with visual impairments navigate daily life
- The life-changing impact of eye donors
One of the highlights of the session was a pledge drive, where employees were encouraged to commit to the noble act of eye donation.
To deepen empathy and engagement, the session also featured interactive, experiential games that simulated the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals:
Clay Blind
Block Mystery
Paper Vision
One-Eye Typing
These activities offered a powerful, hands-on experience of the barriers that visually impaired people overcome every day, leaving a lasting impact on participants.
This event was not just a celebration—it was a step forward in building a more empathetic, informed, and giving community.
Let’s continue to see the world through each other’s eyes.
