You will own MTD's voice across social channels and campaigns, working closely with field teams to turn real moments into content that moves people to give, volunteer and partner with us.
What you'll do
- Plan and publish the monthly social media calendar
- Write copy for campaigns, newsletters and the website
- Capture and edit photo and video content on field visits
- Track engagement and report what is working
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years in communications, content or social media
- Strong writing skills in English
- Hands-on with Canva or Adobe tools
- Comfortable shooting basic photo and video on a phone
Nice to have
- Experience with a non-profit or cause-led brand
- Basic video editing skills
