This is a frontline role for someone who wants to be with communities, not behind a desk.
You will be our day-to-day presence across project sites in Thane — building trust with families, identifying who needs support, and making sure our programmes actually reach them.
What you'll do
- Conduct household surveys and needs assessments
- Support beneficiary enrolment and follow-up
- Run community awareness sessions
- Maintain field records and weekly reports
What we're looking for
- Degree or diploma in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or equivalent field experience
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi
- Willing to travel daily across project sites
- Patient, and comfortable working with vulnerable families
Nice to have
- Prior experience in community mobilisation
- Two-wheeler licence
