We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to lead how MTD raises money and keeps funders close.
You will own the full cycle — identifying prospects, pitching our programmes, and reporting impact back to partners so they stay with us year after year.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach CSR and institutional funding prospects
- Write proposals, concept notes and impact reports
- Own relationships with existing corporate partners
- Maintain the donor pipeline and report on targets
What we're looking for
- 4-6 years in fundraising, CSR or corporate partnerships
- Excellent written English and proposal-writing skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior corporate stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Indian CSR (Section 135) norms
Nice to have
- An existing network among Mumbai CSR teams
- Experience with donor CRM tools
