As Programme Coordinator you will own the day-to-day running of our education work in Mumbai.
You will be the bridge between our field teams, partner schools and the wider MTD team — making sure plans on paper turn into real change on the ground.
What you'll do
- Plan and run weekly field visits across partner schools
- Track programme outcomes and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate volunteers and field staff week to week
- Report progress monthly to the programme lead
What we're looking for
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 2-4 years in programme or field coordination
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai
Nice to have
- Experience in the education or development sector
- Working knowledge of Marathi
