Our internship is built for students and fresh graduates who want to understand how development work actually happens.
You will be placed with a programme team, own a small project end to end, and present your findings to our leadership at the end of the term. Several of our full-time staff started here.
What you'll do
- Support a programme team with research and documentation
- Join field visits and help capture data
- Assist with reporting and impact tracking
- Present a closing project at the end of the internship
What we're looking for
- Currently studying, or graduated within the last year
- Strong written and spoken English
- Available for at least three months
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Coursework in social work, development studies, public policy or sustainability
