Open School Program

Every child deserves the opportunity to learn and dream. Support our Open School Program and help marginalized children return to education and build a brighter future.

Program Overview

The Open School Program under Project GYAANDAAN provides educational opportunities to children who have never attended school or have dropped out due to poverty, migration, child labor, and other socio-economic challenges. The initiative serves as a bridge between out-of-school children and mainstream education, ensuring that every child gets a second chance to learn and thrive.

The Need

Out-of-School Children in India

Millions of children in India remain out of school due to financial and social barriers. Children from migrant families are among the most vulnerable to educational disruption. Lack of access to quality education often results in child labor and early school dropouts. Girls from economically weaker sections face additional barriers to continuing their education.

Key Challenges

Poverty and financial instability Child labor and family responsibilities Migration of families for daily wages Lack of educational support and resources Low awareness regarding the importance of education Difficulty in re-entering formal schooling after dropping out

Program Objectives

Through the Open School Program, we aim to

Provide foundational education to out-of-school children Improve literacy and numeracy skills Prepare children for mainstream school enrollment Support deserving students through educational sponsorships Encourage parents and communities to prioritize education

"When you educate a child, you don't just change one life—you transform generations."
