Empowering Young Minds: Lajja Hygiene Awareness Session at Late Chandrabai Laxman Chougule Vidyalaya

Overview:

What if talking about menstruation felt as natural as talking about mathematics?

On a sunny afternoon at Late Chandrabai Laxman Chougule Vidyalaya, that vision came to life. Led by menstrual‑health advocate Ms. Lochana Adivarekar and fueled by the unstoppable energy of the eClerx volunteer squad, our Lajja session transformed a classroom into a safe space where questions bloomed and myths melted away. Sixty‑one curious students discovered the science, the stories, and the simple habits that turn a natural cycle into a badge of confidence.

Normalize conversations around menstruation and dismantle lingering taboos.
Equip every participant with practical hygiene know‑how for a healthier, happier adolescence.
Spark a chain reaction—each student becomes an ambassador, carrying accurate information beyond school walls.
