Rise & Flow : Menstrual Health Awareness at PM Rajakiya UMV, Chandawal

Overview:
Imagine a classroom where every question about periods is met with a proud, informed answer.
That vision came alive at Pradanmantri  Rajakiya  Uchh   Madhyamik Vidhyalay, Chandawal, Rajasthan, when two fearless facilitators , Ms. Tikshala Gaikwad and Ms. Jagruti Gupta , turned timid whispers into confident conversation.


Goals:
To trade myths for facts.

To flip embarrassment into empowerment.
Making The Difference set out to ensure that menstruation is understood, respected, and celebrated as a natural sign of strength.


Specifications:
A routine school day became a festival of learning and liberation.
• 122 students immersed themselves in interactive activities
• Every participant received a hygiene kit and a take‑home educational booklet
• Sessions delivered by Ms. Tikshala Gaikwad & Ms. Jagruti Gupta 


Milestones:
From stigma to self‑worth. From caution to confidence.
Backed by BPPTPL and Interise Trust, Making The Difference ignited a chain reaction of awareness in Chandawal, empowering 122 young voices to champion menstrual dignity across their community.
