Young Green Champions: Waste Segregation Session for Grade 6 at RBK School

Young Green Champions: Waste Segregation Session for Grade 6 at RBK School

Overview:
Environmental change begins in classrooms—and that’s exactly where Making The Difference ignited it. At RBK School, our team conducted a lively and informative session for 6th standard students, transforming their perspective on waste through color-coded bins, engaging dialogue  and hands-on learning. Led by the ever-energetic Ms. Prachi Tiwari and backed by nine dedicated volunteers, this session made “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” more than just a slogan—it became a student-led mission.

Goals:
  • To instill foundational knowledge of waste segregation in young minds.

  • To promote active participation in sustainable habits from an early age.

  • To make waste education fun, practical, and memorable.
